Chlorine Dioxide
Chlorine Dioxide is rapidly becoming a preferred alternative to Chlorine for many applications. In addition to being a stronger oxidant than Chlorine, Chlorine Dioxide disinfection does not generate large quantities of halogenated by-products that are common with chlorination.Now readily available in the form of a stabilised solution, it is used in hot and cold water systems, process waters and air conditioning systems. It has also been approved for use in potable water treatment.
